Refund Policy

1. No Standard Refunds

All purchases and subscription payments made for ViralKit are generally final and non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds for:

• Unused days remaining in a billing period
• Cancelled subscriptions
• Partial use of a subscription
• Not using the Service after subscribing
• Changing your mind after purchase
• Generated content not meeting your personal preferences
• Content not receiving the engagement or results you expected
• Not achieving viral results
• Exceeding or using your plan's daily content limits

2. Exceptional Refund Review

Although we do not offer standard refunds, we are happy to review individual refund requests when a user has not meaningfully used the Service.

Any refund granted in such circumstances is entirely at ViralKit's discretion.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

When you cancel, your paid subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will then stop renewing.

Cancelling a subscription does not create a refund for the remaining time in the current billing period.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once for the same subscription, or experienced another billing error, please contact us so we can review the transaction.

Confirmed billing errors may be corrected or refunded where appropriate.

5. Legal Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any consumer rights or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable law.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
